1. Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days. (Specific carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS will be used depending on location and package size.)
Expedited Shipping:
2-Day Delivery: Arrives within 2 business days.
Overnight Delivery: Arrives the next business day.
Same-Day Delivery: (Limited to select local areas. Please check availability at checkout by entering the recipient’s zip code.)
Saturday Delivery: Available for an additional fee in select areas.
Please Note:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).
Business days typically exclude weekends and major holidays.
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time 1 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
Delivery Speed: Faster shipping options will have higher costs.
Weight and Size of Basket: Larger or heavier baskets may incur higher shipping fees.
Delivery Destination: Shipping to remote or international locations may have additional charges.
Special Packaging Requirements: (e.g., insulated packaging for chocolates during warm weather) may add to the cost.
How to get a shipping quote: To get an accurate shipping cost for your specific order, please add the desired gift basket(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view all available shipping options and their associated costs before finalizing your purchase.
Free Shipping: Look for gift baskets marked with a “Free Shipping” icon. These baskets qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
3. Packaging & Quality Assurance
We take great care in packaging our gift baskets to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:
Protective Packaging: Baskets are carefully secured with cushioning materials (e.g., bubble wrap, shredded paper) to prevent movement and damage during transit.
Right-Sized Boxes: We use appropriately sized boxes, allowing for ample cushioning around the basket.
Fragile Items: Individual fragile items within the basket are often wrapped separately for added protection.
Temperature-Sensitive Items: For baskets containing chocolates, cheeses, or other perishable items, especially during warmer months, we use insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain freshness. An additional fee may apply for these measures.
4. Important Delivery Information
Recipient Presence:
Gift Baskets: For all other gift baskets, a signature is generally not required. However, the delivery driver may use their discretion to determine if it’s safe to leave the package unattended. If no secure location is available, they may attempt re-delivery.Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure the recipient’s address is accurate and complete (including apartment numbers, suite numbers, etc.). If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee and/or a return fee may be charged.
Business Deliveries: For deliveries to businesses, packages will typically be delivered to a receiving area, front desk, or administrative office. It is the company’s responsibility to ensure the gift reaches the intended recipient.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Issues: In the rare event of a delivery issue (e.g., delayed shipment, damaged package), please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
