At Velociteey Motors Gift Baskets, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase of a gift basket. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, you may be eligible for a return and refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 3 days of the original purchase date. The items in the basket must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email is required for all returns.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@autogiftsbyvelociteeymotors.com to advise of the return and return reason. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the receipt of your returned item and inform you of the amount of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges (if applicable):
